Wilde Custom Homes, Inc. established in 1983, is a custom home building company dedicated to quality construction with excellent craftsmanship, solid state of the art construction, classic features, and service beyond the sale. Gery Wilde, president and owner, obtained his degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977. As a registered engineer, he uses his expertise to build homes with quality construction, energy efficiency, low maintenance, and unique designs. Each home is constructed in harmony with its environment.
Wilde Custom Homes, Inc. builds eight to ten homes each year in the Westlake Hills, Barton Creek, Tarrytown, Lake Austin, Lake Travis and surrounding Austin areas priced from 1 to 6-million. Our subcontractor and supplier support is the finest in the area. Gery Wilde, is active in all areas of the company, from sales to construction management and service.
Today, Gery is recognized as one of Austin's finest home builders. Memberships include the Home Builders Association of Austin, the Custom Builder's Council, the Austin Green Building program and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Wilde Custom Homes has been recognized for several prestigeous awards by the homebuilding industry including Max Awards in 1999 and 2005 for Best Custom Design, 1-2.5 million.
